ParaApprentice^™ is a controlled educational join venture between PTC and some of the top technical schools in the area, to train professional developers to increase their knowledge base and help them to qualify for a wider range of positions.

We utilize highly skilled technicians typically with 8-10 years experience in our own controlled technical environment and apply rigorous project and technical management disciplines. In doing so, we are able to provide high quality skilled teams that can take charge of a project. All this, for a fraction of the cost of using conventional consulting companies.

ParaApprentice^™ is a "Right to Hire" program as well as a Certified Continuing Education Work-Study that seeks to promote IT development in the U.S. by utilizing the wealth of skilled IT professionals that have recently moved to the U.S. This program serves as an effective service for companies that need skills, but do not initially want to commit to hiring.
