Daniel G. Grant
Mr. Grant is founder, President and CEO of Parallel Group since 1994. Parallel Group is a privately held company headquartered in Pittsburgh and with an office in London, UK. A Global Services company providing a full range of data center services including design, development and testing of full business systems in state-of-the-art facilities with linkages throughout USA and in over 130 countries.
Previously, Mr Grant held the position of the Chief Executive Officer for Lecor Inc. Lecor is a supplier of litigation cost reduction services to the insurance industry who, under Mr.Grant's stewardship were covered in a leading article in the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Grant was also the President and Chief Operating Officer for DXI, Inc., now E-Transport, a leading supplier of information services to the international trade and transportation industry. Before DXI, Mr. Grant was the President and Chief Operating Officer for Tangent International in New York City, a position he held for 7 years. Tangent is a Wall Street-based systems integration and management consulting company, and is viewed as one of the leaders in the fields of client/server architecture and advanced transaction methodologies.
Mr. Grant's unique background in systems architecture and service operations has enabled Parallel to be positioned as a full service global solutions provider. Mr. Grant also has the first-hand experience of building a major high technology service operation.
Mr. Grant holds an advanced degree in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth (U.K.), has carried out post-graduate studies at Carnegie Mellon Universitys Graduate School of Industrial Administration and is a charter member of the Software Business Forum.

E. Robert Schaming – Director, Parallel Solutions
Robert Schaming brings programming services as well as mechanical and electrical design to the company. From his years of experience as business owner, engineer, and financial analyst, Mr. Schaming has successfully created companies that develop, manufacture, and market new products to industry throughout the world. These products deal with complex aspects of electronic design, mathematical modeling, precision machining, and current methods in optimization of processor code. In spite of his strong technical background, Mr. Schaming enjoys and is well-suited to promoting advanced concepts in a marketing and sales forum.

Steve Chianos – Director, Parallel Solutions
Stephen Chianos has successfully helped develop and manage 4 businesses over the last 20 years. During course of managing the operations of a parking company he became responsible for acquiring, managing and maintaining access control systems used to manage monthly parking. This knowledge of access control systems, grew into an understanding of security integration, leading to the formation of a security system integration company 4 years ago. He has spent the past 4 years designing and implementing security systems for private companies and government agencies. While working with clients, Stephen has identified gaps in the security systems that should be able to meet the clients needs with one user friendly system. To address these deficiencies, Mr. Chainos has developed a team of security and hardware development professionals at C& C Security Systems . This team is dedicated to finding and developing solutions to better meet their client's needs. To date Mr. Chianos' company has filed for two provisional patents and is in the process of bringing two products to market. With their experience in the security industry, Mr. Chianos and his staff see great potential in the (RFLS) technology and are well prepared to help with system marketing and development.

Michael B. Killeen - Director, Parallel Technologies
Mr. Killeen is a senior IS professional with over 20 years of experience in the data processing industry. Working on a consulting basis for the majority of that time has emphasized the project approach to systems development, undertaken with professionalism and control to ensure successful implementation. A broad business and technical background has enabled Mr. Killeen to function effectively over widely varying sectors of industry including Insurance, Banking, Petro Chemical, Public Utility and Government.
Mr. Killeen is experienced in large scale on-line transaction processing (OLTP) and information service providers. He has in-depth hands on skills in client server architecture, both 2 and 3 tier, as well as object orientation utilizing OLE/COM etc., and ODBC database access through compliant software at the ODBC API level. Mr. Killeen has also designed and implemented large data warehousing systems based on distributed computing. He thus has a detailed understanding of the network infrastructure and the requisite transmission protocols for Local and Wide area networks (LAN/WAN) as well as the Internet. Most recently, Mr. Killeen has been working with collaborative work group computing incorporating workflow facilities.
Mr. Killeen holds an advanced degree in Information Processing from the Western Australian Institute of Technology.

Gordon S. Metsky, CPA - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Metsky brings with him a professional career of twenty-plus years in finance and business strategy development and implementation. Prior to joining Parallel, Mr. Metsky was the Controller for GPU Inc, an international provider of energy-related infrastructure and services.

Alex Gleyzer - Director, Parallel Resources
Mr. Gleyzer brings with him 19 years of project management and mainframe experience working in the IT industry. Primarily his experience constitutes development and maintenance of systems in a mainframe and PC based environment. Prior to coming to Parallel, Mr. Gleyzer worked for a leading automotive, transportation and services company designing, developing and implementing systems in an IDMS environment.

Dwight A. Howes - Corporate Consul
Dwight Howes is a partner in the Pittsburgh office of McGuire, Woods, Battle & Boothe. His practice focuses on domestic and international arbitration and litigation as well as business transactions. Prior to joining McGuire Woods, Dwight was Deputy General Counsel, Compliance and Litigation, for Consolidated Natural Gas Company, which recently merged with Dominion Resources, Inc. Dwight came to CNG from the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence where he served as associate counsel and staff designee to Sen. William S. Cohen (R-ME). During and after law school, Dwight worked for U.S. Rep. Tom Evans (R-DE), Sen. Nancy Landon Kassebaum (R-KS) and Sen. John Heinz (R-PA). Dwight left his position as Sen. Heinz' Legislative Director to practice law, with an emphasis on litigation, with Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson of Portland, Maine. Dwight left Bernstein Shur in 1988 for the Senate Intelligence Committee. Dwight received his J.D., with honors, in 1985 from the George Washington University School of Law and his B.A. in 1981 from GWU. He is married, has two children and lives in Sewickley, Pennsylvania.
