ParaApprentice™ ParaApprentice™ is a "Right to Hire" program as well as a Certified Work-Study that seeks to promote IT development in the U.S. by utilizing the wealth of skilled IT professionals that have recently moved to the U.S. This program serves as an effective service for companies that need skills, but do not initially want to commit to hiring. We utilize highly skilled technicians typically with 8-10 years experience in our own controlled technical environment and apply rigorous project and technical management disciplines.
